YUI - Rolling Star [Single]

 

 



Rolling Star is the YUI's seventh single. The title track was used as fifth opening theme song for the Bleach anime, and it was featured from Episode 98 through 120. This would be YUI's second time to have one of her songs used in the show, since her third single, "LIFE", was used as the fifth closing theme. The instrumental version of "Rolling Star" was used in a "Fairchild TV" CM for a singing competition in 2008. It was the first YUI single to feature a heavily rock-influenced tune, and the first time we saw her with an electric guitar in her promotional material. It reached the 4th position, charted for sixteen weeks and sold 169,277 copies.
